I first became involved with District 209 as a high school student at Proviso West and later as a Social Studies teacher at the school. I now work at PMSA, but no matter the campus, I have witnessed the unwavering dedication of teachers to our Proviso students and community. I believe that the needs of teachers, students, and the D209 community often run parallel. I am committed to fighting for these complementary needs, especially those of the Proviso teachers who are essential to the function and progress of District 209.
